Richard D. Calder, Jr.
President & Chief Executive Officer
Richard "Rick" D. Calder, Jr. is Global Telecom & Technology's (GTT) president and chief executive officer, appointed by GTT's Board of Directors effective May 2007. He brings over two decades of experience in the telecommunications arena to GTT. In his role, Mr. Calder has full strategic and operational responsibility for the company and also serves as a director on the company's Board of Directors. Mr. Calder joined GTT from InPhonic, Inc., a leading provider of wireless services and products, where he served as the president and chief operating officer. Prior to InPhonic, Mr. Calder was president of Business Enterprise & Carrier Markets at Broadwing Communications. He held senior management positions at Winstar Communications and prior to Winstar, Mr. Calder co-founded GO Communications, a wireless communications company. In his early career, Mr. Calder held various marketing and business development positions at MCI Communications, and various marketing and engineering positions at Tellabs, Inc. Mr. Calder received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Yale University and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.


Eric A. Swank
Chief Financial Officer
Eric A. Swank is Chief Financial Officer for Global Telecom & Technology. Mr. Swank oversees all global financial functions and has direct responsibility for financial operations, investor relations activities, and all banking and advisory relationships. Mr. Swank brings over 19 years of financial and operations experience, primarily from the telecommunications industry. Mr. Swank most recently served as Senior Vice President, Finance at Mobile Satellite Ventures (now SkyTerra Communications), and has previously worked as Vice President, Corporate Planning & Investor Relations, for Motient Corporation / American Mobile Satellite. Before joining American Mobile Satellite, Mr. Swank served various positions of increasing responsibility at C-Tec Corporation, driving numerous business development and operational initiatives. Mr. Swank holds his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, from King’s College, in Wilkes-Barre, PA.


John G. Hendler
Senior Vice President, Global Sales
John G. Hendler is senior vice president of Global Sales for Global Telecom and Technology. He is directly responsible for GTT's worldwide revenue generation efforts as well as the day-to-day operations of the company's sales organization. He has held this position since June 2007. Prior to that, he served as GTT's vice president, Global Wholesale, where he was responsible for the development of GTT's wholesale sales activities. Mr. Hendler has over 28 years of sales and sales management experience in the telecommunications industry. Prior to joining GTT, he served in various executive level sales positions within MCI, including most notably as the vice president of Wholesale Account Development and the vice president of Global Wholesale for MCI WorldCom. In these positions Mr. Hendler was responsible for generating and maintaining wholesale revenues through the development and implementation of various domestic and international programs. Additionally, Mr. Hendler served as a vice president for MFS International, where he was responsible for spearheading the growth of the company's International wholesale organization. He also has held prior sales management positions within Sprint, and Metromedia - ITT Long Distance. Mr. Hendler received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina where he was a 4-year member of the Wake Forest Basketball team.


Chris McKee
General Counsel and Secretary
Chris McKee is GTT's general counsel and secretary and is responsible for all of the corporate legal requirements and contracts. He joined GTT in April, 2007 and was subsequently appointed as secretary by the Board of Directors. Mr. McKee has over 15 years of broad legal experience in the telecommunications industry. Prior to joining GTT, he served as general counsel for StarVox Communications where he was responsible for the company's legal department, including corporate governance, securities and regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, employment law, litigation, and legal support for the sales teams. Mr. McKee also formerly served as vice president and assistant general counsel for Covad Communications where he headed Covad's Washington DC office and directed the federal and state regulatory compliance and advocacy efforts for the company. Mr. McKee previously worked for XO Communications, Net2000 Communications and was in private practice in Washington DC as an associate at Dickstein Shapiro and Dow Lohnes. Mr. McKee earned a law degree from Syracuse University and received his Bachelor of Arts from Colby College.


Rudolf Gordon-Seymour
Vice President, Global Network Operations
Rudolf Gordon-Seymour is vice president, Global Operations for Global Telecom and Technology. He is directly responsible for GTT's Worldwide Network Operations including the Global 24/7 NOC and Global IT Operations. He has held the position since July 2007. Mr. Gordon-Seymour has 13 years of operations experience in the telecommunications industry. Prior to joining GTT, he was head of Network Operations for ETT, where he established a 24/7 Network Operations Centre, 2nd Line NOC Support, and Service Management Group. Prior to this, Mr. Gordon-Seymour held various operational positions at Infonet Corporation working for over 5 years in both the London and Los Angeles head offices. During this time, Mr. Gordon-Seymour developed "follow the sun" global support services, global operational systems development, and managed multi-national network implementation. Mr. Gordon-Seymour holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Studies.


John D. Darby
Vice President, Customer Operations

John D. "JD" Darby is Global Telecom and Technology's vice president of Customer Operations. His responsibilities include the timely marketing, communication, and delivery of all customer products and services. Mr. Darby also has responsibility for all software development for implementation related systems. Prior to joining GTT in 2007, Mr. Darby held positions as vice president of Credit and Activations at InPhonic, Inc., focusing on service delivery and business process redesign. Mr. Darby also formerly held positions as national director of Channel Sales at Broadwing Communications and director of software development at Winstar Communications. Mr. Darby received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the College of Wooster and an M.B.A. from the University of Maryland.
